We are looking for a dynamic and experienced female Social Media Strategist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of experience in a digital marketing or IT company and should be capable of handling multiple projects with creativity, precision, and consistency.

She will be responsible for developing and executing strategic social media plans that align with client objectives and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement result-driven social media strategies for multiple clients across industries.
  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools.
  • Stay updated with social media trends, platform changes, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with designers, video editors, and the content team to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
  • Handle multiple client accounts simultaneously with attention to detail and timely delivery.
  • Respond to client feedback, coordinate revisions, and ensure satisfaction with campaign outcomes.
  • Suggest creative campaign ideas, reels concepts, influencer collaborations, and promotional tactics.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of proven experience in a social media role in a digital marketing or web development company.
  • Strong understanding of all major social media platforms and their advertising features.
  • Creative thinking with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, or Later is a plus.
  • A passion for digital trends, creativity, and innovation.
