Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and result-driven Business Development Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience in lead generation, online bidding, and client handling—preferably from an IT company or digital marketing agency background.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in acquiring new business opportunities and nurturing client relationships to drive company growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, and other bidding portals.
- Write compelling proposals and present tailored solutions to potential clients.
- Handle the entire sales cycle – from lead generation to closing the deal.
- Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Understand client requirements related to digital marketing, SEO, PPC, social media, and website development.
- Coordinate with internal teams (designers, developers, marketers) to ensure successful project delivery.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets and provide timely reports to management.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new areas of growth.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in business development, lead generation, and client acquisition in an IT or digital marketing agency.
- Strong knowledge of online bidding platforms and business proposal writing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and translate them into actionable strategies.
- A self-starter with a target-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with digital marketing services and website development processes is essential.
