Performance Marketer (2-3 Years Exp.)
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, launch & optimize Meta + Google Ads campaigns for Real Estate lead generation & D2C conversions
• Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and funnel planning before campaign launch
• Create ad strategies & proposals with accurate cost estimates, lead/ sales forecasts, CPL/ CPA expectations
• Manage campaigns end-to-end: tracking, retargeting, scaling & daily optimization
• Work closely with creative team for ad creatives, landing pages & CRO
• Analyze performance & share reports with insights + future scale plan
• Use CRM/automation tools like Leadsquared, Zapier, HubSpot, Klaviyo, GoHighLevel, etc.
• Ensure high-quality lead flow for real estate projects (pre-launch & launch)
• Maintain target ROAS for D2C e-commerce brand campaigns.
